Everything you need, all in one place...
IMPLANTOLOGY
We see implantology not merely as a method of replacing teeth, but as an opportunity to improve your everyday quality of life. With a unique approach that combines science and aesthetics, every implant provides reliable support on the journey towards a harmonious, natural-looking smile.
This branch of dentistry involves the diagnosis, planning and placement of dental implants to restore both function and aesthetics in the patient’s mouth. Through implant placement, we introduce a new dimension of dental care, where every step of the procedure reflects a deep understanding of the patient’s individual needs and aesthetic preferences. Our goal is to achieve results that exceed expectations, restoring the natural beauty and functionality of their smile.
DENTAL IMPLANTS
DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE

Dental implants are titanium screws inserted into the jawbone to replace the roots of natural teeth. They provide the strength and stability needed to support various types of dental restorations, including crowns, bridges and dentures.
Dental implants are extremely beneficial in many situations, including:
- Replacement of missing teeth: Implants provide a permanent solution for replacing missing teeth, offering stability and functionality comparable to natural teeth.
- Improved oral function: Implants enable normal chewing and speaking, improving oral function and quality of life.
Preservation of tooth structure: Unlike conventional bridges, implants do not require adjacent healthy teeth to be filed down for support, preserving the natural tooth structure.
Prevention of bone loss: Dental implants stimulate the surrounding jawbone, helping to prevent bone resorption and maintain bone volume.
Aesthetic improvement: Implants provide a natural appearance and feel, making them an aesthetically pleasing solution for replacing missing teeth.
Denture stabilisation: Implants can also be used to stabilise partial or complete dentures, preventing them from slipping or moving.
REPLACEMENT OF A SINGLE MISSING TOOTH
DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE

Dental implants are placed through a precise surgical procedure under local anaesthesia, ensuring a completely pain-free experience. Each implant acts as an artificial tooth root, creating a solid foundation for securing an individual crown.
The position, length and diameter of each implant are determined according to the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the jawbone. The patient’s overall health plays a crucial role in the success and longevity of dental implants. Implant placement not only prevents jawbone resorption or loss but also contributes to the stability of adjacent teeth.
ALL ON 4 / ALL ON 6 - NEDOSTATAK SVIH ZUBI
ALL ON 4 / ALL ON 6 – REPLACEMENT OF ALL MISSING TEETH

A minimally invasive solution that provides a fixed reconstruction of the entire dental arch.
The All-on-4/6 concept in dental implantology offers solutions even for the most challenging cases of complete tooth loss. “All-on-4” and “All-on-6” refer to the number of implants used as the foundation for supporting a fixed bridge or a complete denture.
Compared to traditional dentures, this technique provides superior stability, functionality and aesthetics. Four or six precisely positioned implants form the foundation of a long-lasting prosthetic solution that restores a natural smile and confidence.
With the All-on-4 method, implants are positioned to make the most of the jaw’s anatomy: two implants are placed at an angle in the posterior region, while two are positioned vertically in the front of the jaw. This specific configuration provides four exceptionally strong support points, strategically distributed to ensure excellent support for the entire dental arch while withstanding chewing forces.
BONE REGENERATION
Bone regeneration is a surgical procedure aimed at restoring and increasing bone volume, creating ideal conditions for dental implant placement.
Bone regeneration is not only a step towards achieving aesthetic and functional goals in dental implantology but also a way to improve the patient’s overall oral health. It ensures implant stability while helping to maintain the health of the remaining teeth and jawbone, preventing further deterioration.
APICOECTOMY
DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE
When root canal treatment (endodontics) is unsuccessful, a procedure may be necessary to remove chronic inflammation (a granuloma) at the tip of the tooth root and save the tooth from extraction. This procedure, known as root-end resection, involves removing the inflamed area.
If a cyst develops at the root tip, the procedure is the same. Before surgery, the root canals are usually filled through the crown of the tooth, although in some cases they may be filled directly through the root tip during the procedure.
BONE AUGMENTATION
DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE
Tooth extraction and the subsequent healing process often lead to a reduction in bone volume, causing bone resorption that can result in aesthetic and functional problems. Bone augmentation makes it possible to restore lost bone volume, which is essential for successful implant-supported prosthetic rehabilitation.
This procedure is ideal for patients who want to achieve not only better functionality and comfort with their dental prostheses but also an improved aesthetic appearance.
CYSTS
DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE
Cysts can develop in the oral cavity in various ways, but they all share a tendency to grow continuously. It is therefore essential to remove cysts, whether located within the bone or soft tissue, through oral surgery to prevent further complications.
PERIODONTOLOGY
PERIODONTITIS
DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE
Where health meets aesthetics: Periodontology as the foundation of overall well-being
When discussing oral health, attention is often focused exclusively on the teeth, overlooking the essential role of the gums. However, healthy gums are crucial to maintaining overall oral health.
Gingivitis, or bleeding gums, is the initial stage of periodontal disease. In a healthy jaw, each tooth root is firmly anchored in the bone and connected by periodontal fibres that provide stability and strength.
Periodontitis (periodontal disease) is the most severe form of disease affecting the periodontium, the supporting structures of the teeth. Bacteria invading beneath the gum line can increase the risk of infection and inflammation, eventually leading to tooth or bone loss.
Early detection of periodontitis is essential for timely and effective treatment.
GUM RECESSION
DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE
Gum recession, or the withdrawal of gingival tissue, may affect a single tooth or several teeth. Once gum tissue has receded, it cannot regenerate on its own. Appropriate preventive measures can stop further gum recession and help protect the supporting structures of the teeth.
LASER
DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE
Laser technology in dentistry can be an ideal choice for patients seeking a new approach to dental care. The Biolase® laser provides a precise and sophisticated method of treating oral and dental health problems in a painless and effective way. The Biolase® device is a dental laser that uses low levels of laser energy to perform a wide range of minimally invasive dental and periodontal procedures quickly, safely and gently, with less bleeding and often without the need for local anaesthesia administered by injection.
DENTAL TREATMENT
When a patient reports tooth sensitivity to temperature changes, this may indicate the need for endodontic treatment, commonly known as treatment of the dental pulp. This condition poses a significant risk to the vitality and functionality of the affected tooth.
The progression of tooth decay into the inner structures of the tooth is a common cause of pulp inflammation. Endodontics is the branch of dentistry dedicated to treating inflammation and eliminating bacteria from inside the tooth, where the dental nerve is located. Root canal treatment is painless and can save a tooth that would otherwise need to be extracted.
Symptoms of a pulp infection include:
- Pain when eating or drinking hot or cold food and beverages
- Pain when biting or chewing
- Dull, persistent pain
As the infection progresses, these symptoms often disappear because the pulp dies. The tooth may then appear to have healed, but the infection is actually spreading through the root canal.
Eventually, additional symptoms may develop, such as:
- Recurring pain when biting
- Swelling of the gums near the affected tooth
- Pus draining from the affected tooth
- A swollen cheek or jaw
- Darkening of the affected tooth
It is important to visit your dentist if you experience toothache. If your tooth is infected, the pulp cannot heal on its own. There is also a lower chance of successful root canal treatment if the infection becomes firmly established inside the tooth. Leaving an infected tooth untreated increases the risk of tooth loss. Antibiotics, which are medicines used to treat bacterial infections, are not effective in treating infections inside the root canal. However, they can help treat infections that spread beyond the root and cause swelling.

DIGITAL SMILE DESIGN
DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE
Achieving excellence in functional and aesthetic dentistry requires a strategic approach, not chance. Discover the world of Digital Smile Design (DSD), a versatile conceptual protocol that is revolutionising dental practice.
DSD harnesses the power of the latest technology to offer numerous advantages, from enhanced diagnostic capabilities based on intraoral aesthetics and structural assessments to improved communication among team members, resulting in superior visualisation.
Patient involvement lies at the heart of DSD. It allows individuals to actively participate in designing their own smiles, ensuring that their wishes align seamlessly with the final results.
So, what exactly is DSD?
It is a revolutionary software solution that enables dental professionals to easily visualise the potential results of aesthetic and functional rehabilitation treatments. Using simple yet sophisticated tools, DSD provides a glimpse into the future of the patient’s smile.
The magic lies in the meticulous process!
First, we take a series of photographs and a detailed video of the patient’s smile to observe every nuance and subtle detail. We then carry out a virtual assessment, creating a digital mock-up on a computer to visualise the proposed results.
Afterwards, we schedule an appointment with the patient to present their case and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Using the mock-up prepared from the previous modelling process, patients can experience the proposed transformation first-hand, giving them confidence in the recommended treatment plan.
GUMMY SMILE
GUM RESHAPING AND CONTOURING
DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE
Smiles that reveal an excessive amount of gum tissue in relation to the visible teeth are known as gummy smiles.
In some cases, the gums cover too much of the teeth, making them appear smaller and reducing the aesthetic appeal of the smile. This not only affects the harmony of the smile but also reflects a complex interaction between the structural anatomy of the oral cavity and the dynamics of muscle activity.
Modern dentistry approaches this condition with precision, using advanced techniques designed to redefine the relationship between the gums and teeth, paving the way towards a smile in which the beauty of the teeth and gums comes together perfectly, creating a harmonious balance.
AESTHETIC FILLINGS
Once widely praised, amalgam fillings – which required extensive tooth preparation and came with numerous disadvantages, from their mercury content to the potential for allergic and toxic reactions – are now a thing of the past.
In modern dentistry, a new generation of materials, such as composites, offers an extensive range of shades and techniques that require minimal preparation of the tooth structure. These advances make it possible to create fillings that not only blend harmoniously with the natural aesthetics of the tooth but also achieve exceptional morphological precision.
ORTHODONTICS
After carefully carrying out diagnostic examinations and developing a detailed orthodontic treatment plan, the orthodontist recommends the most suitable type of braces for the patient, tailored to their individual needs and treatment goals.

DENTAL & AESTHETIC BOUTIQUE
A dental crown is a custom-made cap that completely covers the visible portion of a tooth or a dental implant. Designed to fit perfectly, a crown restores the tooth’s shape, size, strength and appearance while effectively protecting and reinforcing a damaged or weakened tooth.
There are various types of dental crowns, each designed to meet specific requirements and needs.
These include:
- Zirconia crowns
- Porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns
SEDATION
We often encounter patients who avoid or simply fail to attend dental appointments due to fear, anxiety or phobias. Unfortunately, postponing dental treatment allows dental problems to progress, eventually requiring more complex and extensive procedures.
At Dentas Dental & Aesthetic Boutique, we actively address these concerns by offering dental procedures that can be completed in a single visit under conscious sedation. This approach allows patients to remain comfortable, pain-free and cooperative throughout the procedure.
Sedation involves administering a sedative to help patients remain calm and relaxed during treatment. Patients remain conscious and able to respond to verbal instructions, although many have little or no memory of the procedure afterwards.
At Dentas, we use intravenous sedation, which involves administering a small dose of sedative through an injection into the arm. Following administration, patients feel drowsy but deeply relaxed. For safety reasons, someone must accompany the patient home after the procedure.
